SRG and TBS Group Director
Peter is a director of TBS Group and has been Chairman of the Board for its parent company SRG Ltd since July 2014.
Peter has over 35 years project and executive experience and is a respected leader in the infrastructure and resources industries. Encompassing a wide variety of large and complex infrastructure projects both overseas and within Australia, his industry knowledge extends to all facets of engineering, project identification, winning and delivery as well as management of dynamic, profitable and long lasting business operations.
Most recently, Peter was Managing Director of Leighton Contractors, for the period between 2004 and September 2010. Under his guidance, Leighton Contractors expanded considerably with turnover increasing to over $5 billion and the workforce increasing fourfold to approximately 10,000 employees.
Peter is an advocate for health and safety, and brings a strong zero harm vision to both SRG and the industry in which it operates.
SRG Managing Director and TBS Group Director
David is a Director of TBS Group Ltd and has been Managing Director for its parent company SRG Ltd since May 2014.
David has extensive senior executive experience in contracting, logistics, infrastructure and mining service industries and has a strong record of leading business transformations, driving value creation and growth through a unique understanding of strategy, customer focus and shareholder returns.
Prior to joining SRG, David held senior executive roles with BIS Industries, Cleanaway and CHEP (a subsidiary of Brambles). He also provided consultancy to Leighton Contractors.
David holds a Bachelor of Business and has completed the Senior Executive Management program at INSEAD Business School in France.

SRG Executive General Manager for Construction
Nick joined SRG in July 2017 as Executive General Manager Construction for which TBS Group is a business unit. TBS’ Country Manager Greg Edmonds reports directly to Nick.
Nick has extensive leadership and management experience both in Australia and abroad. Before coming to Australia, Nick spent 13 years in Hong Kong working on some of the largest civil infrastructure projects being constructed in the world at that time including the Route3, Chek Lap Kok airport and Ting Kau Bridge. He was the Project Director on MRWA’s largest road project in WA the Gateway Alliance and for the last three years held the role of General Manager WA / NT with CPB Contractors averaging an annual turnover of circa $1 billion.
Nick holds a National Diploma in Construction Management from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in South Africa.
As Country Manager of TBS Group, Greg is ultimately responsible for the service delivery to all TBS clients. Greg has over 25 years’ leadership experience in both the public and private sectors across multiple industries. Prior to joining TBS, Greg worked for Auckland Transport where he was responsible for all construction, renewal and maintenance activities across rail, roads and key infrastructure over the past 6 years. His most recent role being Chief Infrastructure Officer where he was responsible for managing a circa NZ$700M capital expenditure budget for transport related assets valued at NZ$16B. Greg was also responsible for circa 600 staff.
Greg has extensive operational and executive leadership experience prior to Auckland Transport. He spent 8 years with Air New Zealand as International Airports Manager based in Auckland and Regional General Manager North Asia based in Shanghai as well as 6 years with New Zealand Post in operational leadership roles in New Zealand and Australia.
In addition, Greg is actively involved in Rugby Union and is a Director for Auckland Rugby Union, Auckland Rugby Referees Association and Eden Park Trust.

Graham is a former director of TBS Group with peerless in-depth leadership experience and knowledge in delivering many aspects of work on complex structures and infrastructure projects.
Graham joined TBS in 1988 and was promoted to General Manager of TBS Farnsworth in 1992 and remained in this role until early 2011 when had a change in focus and moved into the new role as Engineering Director for the Group. During his time with TBS, Graham has played key role in building the diverse asset management and contracting services organisation that is the TBS Group.

Steve joined TBS in 2014 with more than 30 years’ experience in the maintenance and construction of infrastructure assets in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific.
His focus is on developing high performing teams and collaborative working arrangements in niche markets. Steve’s experience includes oil and gas, utility services, earthworks, pavements, land development, demolitions, inner city development, airports, ports and underground services.
Returning to NZ after 7 years in Australia, Steve joined TBS Group as General Manager of TBS Farnsworth Ltd to consolidate and extend the service offering to major infrastructure asset owners.

Joining TBS in late 2017, Bruce is a qualified quantity surveyor and has experience in the Oil, Gas, and Geothermal sector, having been employed as Project and Commercial Director on major projects in quasi-government and private enterprise in the central North Island and Taranaki.
Bruce worked for Worley Parsons and most recently has returned to Taranaki after establishing Nikau Environmental and Demolition, a family owned business in Australia.

Mike has over 20 years of civil contracting experience in infrastructure maintenance and construction. He has worked across a broad range of service delivery contracts in both New Zealand and the South Pacific region ranging in value from $300,000 to in excess of $100 million.
For 10 years Mike was General Manager of Delta Corporation, New Zealand’s only independent importer and supplier of bitumen to the New Zealand Road Industry. Throughout this time Mike developed significant experience in international trade and relationship building flowing then to downstream customer service and operational efficiency in the domestic market.
Mike now leads TBS Remcon where he will apply this same broad range of experience in delivering quality customer service in the remediation of ‘leaky, understrength and end-of-life buildings and structures

General Manager, Crow Refractory Limited
Martin has over 20 years operational and technical experience progressed within steel and mining operations, resource extraction, and recycling operations. Martin began his career in process and technical roles before moving into supervisory and management roles within industrial and manufacturing operations.
He joined TBS’ refractory business in 2013, initially as Operations Manager, then progressed to General Manager in 2015. Martin strives to deliver cost effective, quality, and safe solutions for his clients and places a strong emphasis on relationship management to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded. Martin testifies that part of TBS’ strength is their experience and knowledge base that offers an in-depth understanding of the majority of refractory installations. This knowledge assists clients when designing new installations or implementing ongoing maintenance programs for their refractory installation.
