Our experienced workforce encompasses many different trades and specialties including professional engineers, coatings inspection and structural maintenance supervisors, estimators, industrial cleaning experts, skilled trades people and semi-skilled labourers.

Our directors and executive management team consists of a core group of professionals with significant expertise and knowledge in their area of business. They are responsible for driving the strategic vision of the business and ensuring field operations are run efficiently and safely.


David Macgeorge

SRG Global Managing Director

David has been Managing Director for SRG Global (formerly SRG) since May 2014.

David has extensive senior executive experience in contracting, logistics, infrastructure and mining service industries and has a strong record of leading business transformations, driving value creation and growth through a unique understanding of strategy, customer focus and shareholder returns.

Prior to joining SRG Global, David held senior executive roles with BIS Industries, Cleanaway and CHEP (a subsidiary of Brambles). He also provided consultancy to Leighton Contractors.

David holds a Bachelor of Business and has completed the Senior Executive Management program at INSEAD Business School in France.

Executive Team

Greg Edmonds

Executive General Manager New Zealand

As SRG Global’s Executive General Manager New Zealand, Greg is ultimately responsible for the service delivery to all New Zealand clients. Greg has over 25 years’ leadership experience in both the public and private sectors across multiple industries. Prior to joining SRG Global, Greg worked for Auckland Transport where he was responsible for all construction, renewal and maintenance activities across rail, roads and key infrastructure over the past 6 years. His most recent role being Chief Infrastructure Officer where he was responsible for managing a circa NZ$700M capital expenditure budget for transport related assets valued at NZ$16B. Greg was also responsible for circa 600 staff.

Greg has extensive operational and executive leadership experience prior to Auckland Transport. He spent 8 years with Air New Zealand as International Airports Manager based in Auckland and Regional General Manager North Asia based in Shanghai as well as 6 years with New Zealand Post in operational leadership roles in New Zealand and Australia.

In addition, Greg is actively involved in Rugby Union and is a Director for Auckland Rugby Union, Auckland Rugby Referees Association and Eden Park Trust.

Graham Matthews - TBS Group

Graham Matthews

Engineering Manager

Graham is a former director of TBS Group with peerless in-depth leadership experience and knowledge in delivering many aspects of work on complex structures and infrastructure projects.

Graham joined TBS in 1988 and was promoted to General Manager of TBS Farnsworth in 1992 and remained in this role until early 2011 when had a change in focus and moved into the new role as Engineering Director for the Group. During his time with TBS, Graham has played key role in building the diverse asset management and contracting services organisation that is the TBS Group.

Steve Martin - TBS Group

Steve joined SRG Global (formerly TBS) in 2014 with more than 30 years’ experience in the maintenance and construction of infrastructure assets in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific.

His focus is on developing high performing teams and collaborative working arrangements in niche markets. Steve’s experience includes oil and gas, utility services, earthworks, pavements, land development, demolitions, inner city development, airports, ports and underground services.

Returning to New Zealand after 7 years in Australia, Steve joined SRG Global (formerly TBS Farnsworth) as General Manager for TBS Farnsworth. In early 2019 Steve’s role and responsibilities were extended to make him ultimately responsible for the management of all asset maintenance services and operations across New Zealand under the new position, General Manager Asset Services.

Mike Flood-Smith - TBS Group

Mike has over 20 years of civil contracting experience in infrastructure maintenance and construction. He has worked across a broad range of service delivery contracts in both New Zealand and the South Pacific region ranging in value from $300,000 to in excess of $100 million.

For 10 years Mike was General Manager of Delta Corporation, New Zealand’s only independent importer and supplier of bitumen to the New Zealand Road Industry. Throughout this time Mike developed significant experience in international trade and relationship building flowing then to downstream customer service and operational efficiency in the domestic market.

Mike now leads SRG Global’s Building Services division where he can apply this same broad range of experience in delivering quality customer service in the remediation of ‘leaky, understrength and end-of-life buildings and structures

Martin Dold - TBS Group

Martin Dold

General Manager Refractory Services

Martin has over 20 years operational and technical experience progressed within steel and mining operations, resource extraction, and recycling operations. Martin began his career in process and technical roles before moving into supervisory and management roles within industrial and manufacturing operations.

He joined SRG Global’s (formerly TBS Group) refractory business in 2013, initially as Operations Manager, and then progressed to General Manager of Refractory Services in 2015. Martin strives to deliver cost effective, quality, and safe solutions for his clients and places a strong emphasis on relationship management to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded. Martin testifies that part of TBS’ strength is their experience and knowledge base that offers an in-depth understanding of the majority of refractory installations. This knowledge assists clients when designing new installations or implementing ongoing maintenance programs for their refractory installation.
